If you live outside the United States, by submitting your email address you consent to having your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States.
Open Outlook and add Gmail address to Outlook Address book. Click File -> Manage Rules and Alerts. Click ‘New rule’ and select the template you want from ‘Stay Organized or Stay Up to Date collection’. Click the underlined value and edit the description. Now choose the conditions for the incoming message. Edit the description of rule and click Next. Select the ‘Forward’ option and the Gmail address from address book of Outlook and click Next. After this you can provide a name to the rule, select the options and click Finish. This process will forward the messages to Gmail.
