How do I schedule an appointment on a shared calendar in Outlook 2010 without it sending an email to the person I'm scheduling for?

    Are you talking about access and delegation to a Managers etc email in which you have access or is that a shared calendar for a team?

    Follow the given steps to schedule an appointment in Outlook:
    - Go to Home>Calendar>New group>New Appointment
    -Enter description in the Subject box and location in the Location box
    -Enter the start and end times.
