 Outlook 2010 calendar issue
I have a user that is having an issue making calendar appointments in Outlook 2010. Her boss has shared her calendar with her and given her all the delegation rights that she needs. It has been working just fine up until the beginning of the month. She is still able to make an appointment, but when she makes it, it is marked as private. She is then not able to see what the appointment is or do anything with it. I was able to figure out that was wrong, under properties for the New Appointment, the default Sensitivity setting is set to private. So here is my question, how do I get the default setting back to normal?

Thank you, that worked. I had not even looked under Mail because it was a calendar issue. I should know better then that.

Oh I know! I found another calendar option under the “mail” heading earlier today. Don’t you just love when everything is found in a logical place? – ha
