After writing an email, I did spell check and had duplicate words, so it ask if I wanted to delete. I did and whole document deleted. How do I get this document back

Have u turned on the automatic saving of unsent messages…. please check as:
Click the file > options > mail > and see under save messages, there is select the automatically save items that have not been sent after this many minutes check box.
AND
u can change automatic message saving interval by clicking file > options > mail and under save messages, in the automatically save items that have not been sent after this many minutes box enter a number between 1 and 99….
