 Outlook 2007 – When replying or forwarding, left arrows appear in sent email
Microsoft Outlook 2007, Trend Micro
I have a client that has an interesting problem.
Whenever she replies or forwards an email, then sends it, the email is received and only "<<<" (without the quotes) is in the body. 
The previous tech thought it was TrendMicro, but I shut TrendMicro off and it's still doing it.
I also deleted all her temp files with no luck.
Any suggestions?


Software/Hardware used:
Outlook 2007, Dell Laitude D600 Laptop, Windows XP SP3,

Go into Mail Options, and under Replies and Forwards, make sure that "Include original message text" appears next to "When replying to a message," and "When forwarding a message." I hope this helps. Craig Herberg

What do you use for virus check?

The client uses TrendMicro Security for her virus check. Gabe, I will check on that and report back.

I’d try changing settings in the e-mail options, under “on replies and forwards”, to see if that makes a difference.
