		<description><![CDATA[You might want to go to Windows 7 instead of Vista.  Other than that, have you tried reinstalling Outlook?  Have you got all the current updates on Windows?  On Office 2007?  Sometimes reinstalling can help, especially if you have some missing or corrupt executable or DLL file.]]></description>
