Outlook 2007 rules for Digitally Signed Emails
Can I set a rule in Outlook 2007 to forward incoming digitally signed emails from a distribution account to my personal account? The rule I have setup to do this isn't working and I believe it's because the incoming email is digitally signed and requires a password from my CAC, so the rule won't forward it. If this is the case, can I set up a rule to remove the digital signature so the email can be forwarded?

Software/Hardware used:
Windows XP, Outlook 2007

Answer Wiki:
I believe that all you have to do is right click on their email, click the box that states who the email is coming from and that you want those emails, digital or not, then pick the folder where you want to place them and the rule should work. I have set this rule up many times, for both signed and unsigned and never have a problem. Good luck.
