Outlook 2007 – Printing emails without default header name and bar
I have a multitude of email messages that I need to print without the default header containing my name and the solid bar. Can anyone tell me how I can do this? I have too many messages to use a cut-and-paste solution. I tried converting the messages to PDFs, which works on the text but some of the emails have imbedded photographs that are not carried over into the PDF image.

Answer Wiki:
I think the only way is to open each email in browser view and then print. When you print from web view it doesn't print the headers. There are instructions here <a href="http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/openinbrowser.htm">http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/openinbrowser.htm</a> to have one-click access to the browser view. You're still going to have to open each email and print it individually
