 OUTLOOK 2007 – one button …move to a specific file
How in OUTLOOK can I push a button in the ribbon/bar that would move an e-mail to a specifice file...all the time .....no second stage question ....push and it is there.....like DELETE....push and it is gone. thnaks in advance for the help.

I would just create the folders I wanted and then create rules to "forward" specific emails to those specific folders.

Hey it’s my wife ….I can drag and drop all day …..i’m perfectly happy with that…..

……but this is a women that wants to keep the inbox empty….so she saves in the deleted file, you know the button with the big X ….Why ….because there is a button for that…..

so…. I continue my pursuit of the one button sulotion…… to a file….
