 Outlook 2007 “Not Equal” Rules Conditions
Using Mail Rules in Outlook 2007, how do I specify a "not equal" condition. For example, I want the rule to apply to Messages TO a Person and NOT FROM another specific person?

You can add exceptions to the rule. Start with a blank rule and after you have added the conditions add exceptions next.

The general rule is to move apply the rule after the message arrives from ____ and move it to specified folder. That should be sufficient enough. You do not need to add a not equal rule.
