We are using Outlook 2007/Exchange 2003. Since last Wednesday, a small part of our users have been getting the error "Not Enough Memory to Perform this Operation" when just trying to open or view a shared/department mailbox. We made no system changes, but there was an automatic update from Microsoft.
Everyone is on XP with sufficient memory(we even added up to 3gig for testing, still same situation). The affected users have department mailboxes that are rather large, but other users with the same access and hardware configuration do not have the issue.
PST files are on the local, and I have tried stopping programs and increasing the process priority. Does anyone have any troubleshooting steps for me or have seen this issue before?
Also, both the local client and the web client give the same error.
