Outlook 2007 keep all folders expanded

How can I set my display of Outlook folders to always keep all my folders expanded? (no plus signs -- want to see them all, all the time).

Excuse me if I sound like I am asking a simple question here, but when you close outlook it has all the folders expanded doesn’t it? I have a lot of folders and when I re-open outlook, it opens the same way I closed it. If I close it with the folders expanded, it opens with them expanded. Are you saying this is not the behavior you are experiencing?
- The exception to this are the folders I have on my folder list of other users’ mailboxes. These are not expanded the next time I open outlook. Are you asking about your personal folders or folders of an additional mailbox on your folder list?
