 Outlook 2007 Global Address List not updating in cached mode

Running Exchange 2007 with Outlook 2007 and since the beginning of September my Global Address List is not updating when in Cached Mode. When switched to no-cached mode it is up-to-date. I tried the "download address book" under send/receive, but that did not solve the issue.

I also deleted all the *.oab files in my Directory: C:Documents and SettingsUser ProfileLocal SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftOutlook: I also restarted my Outlook and it seems to work but only for the issue to reappear again when Outlook is restarted. Any idea why Outlook is defaulting to this faulty?

What specific patches are you referring too? I have the same issue but for Japan users running Outlook and Exchange 07. It works fine for English but not Japanese. I think it is an update but which one?

Both Outlook & Exchange should have the latest patches and updates applied. It is hard to know specifically which update may fix the issue you are experiencing.
