Outlook 2007 – Count of Accept, Decline, etc.
How can I conveniently obtain a count of who has accepted or declined an appointment invitation? I invite hundreds of people to my events and cannot find a convenient way to know how many to expect to attend. I cannot even sort by types of responses in the event "tracking". Thank you.

Software/Hardware used:
Outlook 2007 with Windows XP Professional 2002 sp3, on an HP Compaq dc5750 desktop

Answer Wiki:
Hello - Open a calendar invite of the meeting or appointment. On the Meeting Ribbon click on the Appointment button and look at a blue/gray rectangle box located right above the "To:". It should tell you how many accepted, tentatively accepted and declined. Hope that help.
