Outlook 2007 cannot connect to exchange server
Hello everyone, I'm having problem setting up an Outlook 2007 profile on a new computer: DELL WINDOWS XP Sp2 The user profile is already on the old computer without any problem but on the new computer when I'm manually configuring following these instructions http://support.sherw...7-exchange-2007 which was given from my exchange provider which is : Sherweb: I’m keep getting this error message: “The action cannot be completed. The connection to Microsoft exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action. Windows firewall is off and avg anti-virus is off as well. NOTE: I can put the user profile on all other computers on the network(tested in 3 computers and no problem) but one computer which is new i can’t put it on that. I also, took the computer off the domain and created a local profile for the user and it went through but when I put it back to the domain I’m keep getting the same message. I don’t understand it works on the locally but when I put it back on the domain its not working Is it DNS? If yes,  how can I solve it? I don't have an Exchange Server: its only 30 users on site so we have a vendor for our email provider Any suggestions please?

Software/Hardware used:

Answer Wiki:
nevermind i figured it out...
it was the dns settings!!
We have two dns one primary and one alternative dns.
Exchange wasnt talking to the primary one so therefore i added the alternative dns and voila!!!
