1) have exchange 2003 sp2 2) have outlook 2007 3) Blackberry 4.1 server 4) have 10 execs sharing thier calendar with 4 exec assistances 5) exec assistants help manager their calendars 6)have many inconsistancies on some calendars and blackberrys. Sometimes you will get a calendar entry to show up on one but not all screes or all blackberries. very odd. I did not know if there was a limitation to delegation and how many people look at x amount of calendars. Any help would be greately appreciated. I suggested that the execs manage there own calendars but that did not go over well. Thanks. David
