Outlook 2007 Calendar invites ; some attendees have empty content
Dear Support,
I am using Microsoft Office 2007 outlook on Exchange 2007 on Windows Server 2008 R2.
One of my users has this annoying and inconvenient problem. She has a recurring series of calendar invites which she has to update everk week.
However, when she has updated and sent out the new invites, some of the attendees receive just a blank content with nothing inside or just 2-3 lines.
For example, 1st week -> user A and B cannot see the content inside.
2nd week-> User A can see but not User B.
3rd week-> User B can see but not User A and the sender itself.
I have done everything possible, recreate profile, recreate OST and all sorts. The problem is still not solved yet.
And weirdly, it happens for maybe 3 weeks in a row. Stops for 1 week, then continues the cycle again. it's very random and inconsistent.
Do let me know if you need more details. I appreciate any advice from you experts.

Have you deleted the reoccuring event and recreated that? Is she creating it on her personal calendar and inviting or creating it on a Share Calendar and inviting?

Yes I have already tried deleting and recreating the calendar invites. She is creating it on her personal Outlook Calendar and updating the recurring invites. Any other suggestions ?
Sorry for the delay. Are both User A and User B on the same domain, or is one internal and one external?
Sorry one more question- Any of them “Sending on the Behalf of”?
Next time user A or B or both recieve a blank invite have them move it from their inbox into another folder and see if after the move the rest of the message is downloaded. Let me know if that works.
