Were you talking about the windows mobile version? What mobile version is on the device? Mine is 6.0. Worked fine with exchange 2003 and works fine with exchange 2007.

I used to come with the problem, and i have solved it with a popular Outlook recovery tool called Advanced Outlook Repair . It is a powerful tool to recover messages, folders and other objects from corrupt or damaged Microsoft Outlook PST files. Detailed information about Advanced Outlook Repair can be found at http://www.datanumen.com/aor/.

Regarding: Windows Outlook 2003 and 2007 compatibility. Do these two versions of Outlook have compatibility file formats? I installed 2007 on my new Vista O/S. Is there any way to import Outlook 2003 email folders into the newly installed Outlook 2007?
