My boss has Outlook 2007 and a Blackberry 8330 Curve Smartphone using BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server); I am using Outlook 2003 (no Blackberry). I have 2 questions: 1) How do I change the length of time a tentative meeting invitation stays on his calendar? I want it to stay indefinitely as tentative until either he or I respond as I am his delegate (I timed it and it will stay 5 minutes and then disappear from his calendar--unless he responds to the invitation email). 2) There have been multiple occurrences of my boss' "accepted" (I accepted for him) meetings on his calendar disappearing for no apparent reason. I've Googled this and there are many people having the same issue and there are references to synching with a Blackberry, but I cannot locate a solution. I've stopped sending mtg invites from my calendar where I invited him (and others) and then accepted for him on his calendar because they were disappearing. Now I send the mtg invite from his calendar as his delegate, but I've still had a couple of mtgs disappear.
