I'm sure this has been asked plenty of times before but I'm looking for a way to give my staff complete access to the company inbox, including access to all Sub-folders with out the need to delegate every file to every user as well as keeping on re delegating access to very sub-file created on the company inbox. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

If you do that though is it not possible for the Admin rights to "spill over" via any glitches in Outlook, which we KNOW is famous for leaks. (At least to my knowledge it is.)

If you do that though is it not possible for the Admin rights to “spill over” via any glitches in Outlook, which we KNOW is famous for leaks.   Products of all kinds have leaks and vulnerabilities. Keeping up with patches and with knowledge about the products that are used is a way to keep such problems under control. Using audit/logging features of a platform and then monitoring those logs are the next levels of control.   If such actions aren't already being done, there is no point in worrying whether leaks exist. You might as well just ignore the possibility.   Tom
