    Yes, there is not difference in file format for Outlook 2010 and 2007 versions. You can easily import .pst file into Outlook 2007 and can read its content.

    Yes, Outlook 2007 can read the pst file of 2010 as both 2010 do create an ANSI PST file by default and Outlook 2007 do support the same format.

    Yes, you will easily read outlook 2007 PST file in Outlook 2010 without any difficulty because both Outlook editions support the same PST file format (Unicode). Now  to import outlook 2007 PST file in outlook 2010 by the using import option.

    Open the Outlook >> File >> Import and Export >> Import from another program or file >> Next >> Personal Folder File (.pst) >> Next >> Browse.

    And then locate and select outlook 2007 PST file and proceed then select the folder where you to import. It will be imported into your personal folder.
