In our organization, we have approximately 900 employees, and the majority of them have their own personal (internal) exchange profile which to many is receive only (cannot send). Among these groups, we have 'teams' to assist with order tracking, issue resolution, etc. (can send from team profile). My problem is, if i send something personal (timecard, meeting request) to Joe Smith who is also a member of the ABC Collections Team - Joe receives the email in his personal inbox, but upon deletion it moves to the ABC Collections team deleted items folder, where anyone can retrieve deleted items and view potentially personal data. I've tried the registry edit for delegate wastebasket style, and it's not working - i really need some assistance on this, as a couple of my employees are at each other's throats accusing the other of privacy invasions.

That’s the problem – to be able to send, doesn’t the primary box be the one with send/receive access/ if so, how can i keep personal (secondary mailbox) items from going into the group (primary) deleted box?
