Hello all, I just upgraded a computer to Office 2003, and now when I go into Outlook, and try to Reply, Forward or write a New message, I got an error that says Operation Failed, I tried recreating the account without success, also tried reinstalling the software, nothing changed, can anyone help me get on the right track here.
Running Win XP Pro
Thanks in advance for your help.

Running Exchange, I removed the old version and installed the new version, so clean install, and yeah that is what I meant, I recreated the profile.
I now know that it is specific to that user account in XP, because I logged in under my account, created my email profile and did all without any problems, but coul not figure out what is causing it.
Thanks for your help.

Try running a “Detect and Repair” operation from Outlook Help. If this does not work, consider blowing away the XP profile and rebuilding (the profile). It sounds like there may be a corrupted profile here…
Thanks for your suggestions all, I actually did end up just creating a new Windows profile, and that got rid of the issue.
I am still curios as to what caused the problem and if it can actually be fixed. I did not want to spend anymore time on the computer without too much info on the problem, so I decided to just do that.
Thanks as always for all your help.
