Outlook 2003 send/receive help needed!
I have groups of users set up with internal, "Read-Only" access in Outlook 2003 - for sake of distributing urgent communications and to limit excessive email-tag between friends. The downside is if i send meeting requests or request read receipts to validate they're actually getting what i send, those are stuck in their outboxes due to exceeding message size limits. Is there a way i can get the groups to limit "sending" to a particular address list (supervisors/managers) without giving send/receive access?

There is no setting to acheive this goal that I know of, no. There are options on their account to set who they can receive mail from, but not who they can send to.
