How can I get past the issue of only being able to move an email once. Especially if it is inadvertently sent to deleted items.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Perhaps I don’t understand the question, but you could add a rule to copy a file into a certain folder. Check out Rules… or Rules Wizard under the tools menu.

The question appears to be that this user experiences some kind of problem with moving an email more than once, but I know of no such restriction in Outlook.

I have not encountered any such restriction in Outlook myself. I can move the same email unlimited number of times to wherever I want. Are you getting an error? What method are you using to move them?

I click and drag. If moving the email the second time, I get the message: "can't move the items. The item could not be moved. It was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied." This problem never presented itself with Outlook 2000.

I also get the same response if I use the 'move-to-folder' command.

I solved the problem by deleting a PKZip trial prog. Thanks to those that read and/or responded.

Thank you for posting the resolution! I was wondering what could possibly be causing such a limitation for you when no such limitation ever happened why I move mail around. Third party apps sometimes cause unintended issues and that is very frustrating indeed.
