 Outlook 2003: issue with Tasks
Hi there, Major issue with not being able to use Tasks: I get the following error message when I click 'Save' having filled out a Task form: "Please save the task order by clicking Save Task Order on the Actions menu in the "Tasks" folder. The view must not be filtered or grouped for Save Task Order to be available. Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid. [OK]." Have been advised elsewhere to 'Clear the Cache' - if this is the solution (I tried & didn't get far), it would be great if someone could help me in simple English! how to do so! :-) Many thanks :-)

Answer Wiki:
Delete the frmcache.dat file. Do a search for it, and include hidden files and folders. Close your outlook and office programs first, delete the file then re-open outlook. This file will be re-created.
