Outlook 2003 importing Contacts

I imported contacts from my laptop to my desktop, that all went fine. When I went to create a distribution list, my imported contacts were not listed. What do I need to do?

make sure that the "show this folder as an e-mail address book" tickbox in <i>Outlook Address Book Tab</i> is checked to make it visible when you are viewing from Address Book window.
