Outlook 2003: Export PST Emails To Excel
When I use the "File > Import & Export" command from Outlook 2003, I have mixed results. I keep my emails in sub-folders off one of several PST files that I use regularly, in the "All Mail Folders" side-panel. I broke up the larger folders into smaller ones in case there was a size limitation. I suppose it depends on the 64K row limit of Excel 2003. One sub-folder seemed to export completely. It had quite a few emails in it. But when I tried it on another, smaller sub-folder, I see the progress bar fill up much too quickly. Then the .xls file only has headers but no emails. Has anyone else had this problem? Know how to fix it? Thanks!

Answer Wiki:
Can you give more details on the import/export you are working on? What is your purpose in exporting into an Excel spreadsheet? I often use spreadsheets to export contacts for a mailing list....but I don't move the actual emails in the process....
