A supervisor gave her assistant permission to view her Calendar and accept appointments. Assistant is now in another section and permissions were removed, however, whenever her former supervisor is sent an appointment, she can see the appointment - cannot act on it but can see it. How can we stop this?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Check the delegates tab under tools, options for the supervisor and make sure she was removed as a delegate. Permissions to the calendar may have been removed from the calendar folder, but if she is still one of the supervisor’s delegates she will always receive copies of meeting requests.
