We have a xerox printer 7655 that we use to print, fax, email scan. Every time I scan the document after I log in to the xerox the email appears in my inbox but it will disappear.
It there any reason why should outlook 2003 disappears?

Check your 7655 to make sure it has the correct date and time. Then check to see if there is a setting for an expiration date on the e-mails sent by it.
Also, check your rules in Outlook to see if the e-mails are being moved or deleted there.
