 outlook 2003 email account
if i remove an exisitng outlook email account will all the email already in my inbox dissapear? I've switched mail hosting providers and setup another outlook to get email until the old one stops functioning.

your old emails will be there...for example u login now as A and an A profile or should i say PST will be created for your A and if you login B profile, another pst will be created for your B profile

You could create the new account first then import the old pst file into your new profile.
That would prob be the easiest way.
