Outlook 2003 Cealender – Reoccuring mtgs with attachements
Is there an easy way to find the attachments associated with a reoccurring meeting ? The Outlook/Exchange server at work is limited in size; I have several reoccurring meetings that have multiple attachments at varying dates. i.e. one reoccurring meeting notice consumes 12MB of Exchange Server space. This one specific reoccurring meeting requests claims to have 13 attached files. I've looked at each calendar occurrence entry and have not been able to find the associated attachments as noted in "properties / size" for the specific meeting.

Answer Wiki:
Arrange your calendar by active appointments. From in your calendar go to view, arrange by, current view and select active appointments. It will give you a tabular view of your calendar. Click the attachments icon at the top of the view to arrange by attachments and it will group them all together at the top or bottom.
