 Outlook 2003 archive repair tool
Exchange 2003, Office 2003, Outlook 2003, Outlook archive, Outlook Archive Repair, Windows XP
First the environment is XP SP3, Office 03 SP3, Exchange 03 SP2. My question is does anyone know how or if there is a tool to repair and or recover an 8 gig archive. It is a new installation, trying to pull over the archive, and it just keeps checking the archive for errors, takes nearly 3 hours to do this, it finally lists the archive folder but when the user does anything in Outlook it stops responding, then when we reopen of course the same thing happens again. Thank you in advance.

And do not make any big pst files. Microsoft supports only to 1 Gb pst files.
Use exmerge next time and let it split the pst files into smaller bits.
