Outlook 2003 and Blackberry 4.x, BES outlook meeting issue

We have Outlook 2003 and Blackberry 4.x, BES. We have a user who now gets meetings in outlook and in Blackberry, but they do not show up as tentative. They do not show up on his calendar unless he accepts them. He does not have a rule in outlook that moves them. He does not have any delegates. He is not deleting them in Outlook or Blackberry. Any ideas?

When a meeting request arrives in the inbox, the outlook "sniffer" is responsible for putting it on the calendar as tentative. Try closing outlook and running the outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy switch first. (Type this in the "open" field when you go to start,run) If this does not resolve it close outlook again and try outlook.exe /sniff.
