I have a problem with Outlook rebooting as it's receiving mail. Is there a known issue with this? Running CA security suite from RoadRunner on an XP machine. Would an Outlook repair do the job? Or uninstall, reboot and reinstall be better?

Sounds like the remnants of a virus or spyware. Have you run the free Microsoft live scan? It is located at Microsoft Safety Scanner, use the free full scan (don’t buy anything – do not get suckered in!)

This should fix you up if not uninstall office – reboot and – re-install.

Let us know how it goes!

you could try running the setup for office and do a repair first. if that does not work do the uninstall but before re-installing make sure that you delete the MS Office directory under program files or the problem might persist.
