 Outlook 2003
I have a problem with Outlook rebooting as it's receiving mail. Is there a known issue with this?
Running CA security suite from RoadRunner on an XP machine.
Would an Outlook repair do the job? Or uninstall, reboot and reinstall be better?

Answer Wiki:
Sounds like the reminants of a virus or spyware. Have you run the free Microsoft live scan? It is located at safety.live.com use the free full scan (dont BUY anything - do not get suckered in!)

This should fix you up if not uninstall office - reboot and - reinstall.

Let us know how it goes!

you could try running the setup for office and do a repair first. if that does not work do the uninstall but before re-installing make sure that you delete the MS Office directory under program files or the problem might persist.
