Microsoft Outlook 2003
My problem is I have configured Outlook 2003 in one XP machine. This m/c is using by three different users on which two having same incoming mail server account one is different mail server account. SMTP is same for all three users. Incoming mail is come into users separate folder but when two users among these three try to send any mail form outlook it goes to recipient end with the third user name, it happens every time. All the sending mails going with only one user name. Please give me any idea to resolve it.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Make sure each user has a seperate logon account for the XP machine and you wont have any issues.

Once each user has a seperate account you will have no problems with Outlook. Seperate user account help with security too, makes sense.

I agree, separate profiles is the way to go here because there are some global settings in Outlook in even if separate Outlook profiles are configured for a single user account.
