Outlook 2003: POP3 email going to another folder

We are switching over to Outlook 2003 for our email. We will be using it for internal (Exchange server) and external email (POP3). Is there any way other than creating a rule for my POP3 email to go to another folder? It is such a pain when setting it up. All the external email goes to the internal folder and then you have to move it. I would like on the setup to use the Exchange server for internal email and Personal Folder for my POP3 and just have it automatically delivered. Am I making sense? Thanks.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

if you just signed a contract for static IP you may have a domain name to use like @biz.com the ISP could create a A record and just send email through that directly to your exchange server to your users email and then internal emails and external goes to the users mail box not a public folder to be redistributed. you of course would have to set up exchange for this also. so basically set up the SMTP server.
