 User receiving error message when connecting Outlook 2003 to Exchange 2010

One of the mailuser is receiving the following 
Error 0x8004010F
Error message : “The operation failed. An object could not be found.” when connecting to exchange server 2010.
the user is using the following machine
Windows xp- workstation 
Outlook 2003

May be this error code # 0x8004010f is a generic MAPI error. Also remember, this error is related to the Offline Address Book (OAB) is not being linked properly to the mailbox store / not related to the Global Address List or GAL. Exchange System Manager > Recipients > Offline Address Lists > Default > Offline Address list, right click and select rebuild Remember, OAB, Org Forms and the Free/Busy folders should be replicated to all servers in the Exchange org.
