How do I assign permission in outlook 2003 to send emails from a manager’s calendar to the Distribution List.

I have a client reporting that she is unable to send emails from her Managers, calendar to the Distribution List. She needs to have the rights to send from his calendar.
How can I assign rights?

The simple answer is call her manager and tell him how to give her those rights through delegation. She can ask her manager to do this as well. At any rate you must confirm this with the manager before making any changes. If you are the Exchange admin you will have rights to open the managers mailbox in its own profile and assign the rights, but do not do so without consulting the manager first.
