Securityn00b – you did not mention if this is an exchange email account. I would think it is if you have access to other’s mailboxes as well. If so, what verion of Exchange are you on please?

I think it is better to get the entire mailbox and associated PST files, so you are not restricted when trying to view emails outside of the selected inbox. It would be understandable if your were restricting the view for someone in AD Users and Computers, but I just don’t see why anyone would want to restrict their own view of their own emails.

Mshen, I tried that and it opened MY entire mailbox in a new window. I am looking for another solution, but so far have come up empty.
