Outlook 2002 Recipient Rule not working

I'm running Outlook 2000 with Exchange 2000 Server. I have a rule that says "Any email sent to a specific recipient", move a copy to "Folder X". This rule works if the email is created by selecting the recipient email address from the "Select Names" contacts list. It does not work if you manually key in the recipients email address. Can anyone explain why and is there a work around? Thanks

Be careful with rules - these are case sensitive - try typing exactly what you select and then change caps - it's a pain, but this is an area I've seen people caught by before. You will need to be careful about setting up rules.
