If you're still running at SP2 in Windows XP after all the years that SP3 has been available, I'm not sure how anyone can expect to have a reliable answer. The first step you should do is "Apply SP3." Then try again. . Tom

Before applying sp3, u can try if it helps u..... In navigation pane > click contacts, under my contacts, right-click contacts folder u want to view in the add book & click properties on shortcut menu, where again click the outlook address book tab, and make sure that show this folder as an e-mail address book check box is selected. If it will not work at all, as Tom said well, u can navigate this url for more info: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326668
