Outlook 2007 Internet Calendars

Outlook 2007 Meeting
"You cannot use Internet Calendars. Your system administrator has turned off this feature." 

This is not controlled by a GPO nor has the Admin runred this off.  Windows XP SP2, Outlook 2007 SP1.

Any help greatly appreciated.

download the 2007 office system admin templates here.
run the exe to extract.
run gpedit.msc
add template outlk12.adm from the extracted folder location.
Goto User Configuration>Administrative Templates>Microsoft Office Outlook 2007>Tools|Account Settings>Internet Calendars
and then disable “do not include internet calendar integration in outlook”

    An internet calendar subscription can be found on the websites where people host calendars. Internet calendars use the icalendar format, with .ics file extension Make sure that your calendar provider supports the webcal protocol and can provide iCal files with “.ics” file extension. Enquire for any public sharing settings required for remote calendar access, or configure as stated above

Click on the internet calendars tab, and select new Paste the copied iCal link in the box, and select add to insert the iCal URL into Outlook 2007
