I am a new user of Crystal Reports 10. My problem is I have an outer join and a condition on the table I am outer joined to.
FROM AR.RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_LINES_ALL TRXL
, XXWV.XXWV_HIST_RFACT RF
WHERE 1 = 1
AND TRXL.CUSTOMER_TRX_LINE_ID = RF.CUST_TRX_LINE_ID (+)
AND (RF.REVERSE_IND = 'N' OR RF.REVERSE_IND IS NULL)
This query works in toad but when I try to recreate it in crystal i get only the records where reverse_ind = 'N', none of the records from the outer join. Is there a way to do this? I have been banging on this for much too long, any help would be appreciated.
Also, we are not able to create reporting views or allowed to use imbedded sql in the report.
