 Out of Office subject line contains ‘Abwesend’
recieve out of office messages intern and extern is enabled but often contains the oof subjct line 'Abwesend:' Environment international office in DE, NL and US server E2K7 migrated from E2K3 english installation client outlook 2003 windows xp (english and german clients) user activate her/him OOF Agent in one period i see Out of Office Subject line but also for different recipient 'Abwesend' (this include en-US reciepient). intern and extern. I see this in the messages tracking for different users, i have checked the languages settings in mailbox, i can not see any rule how build the subject line from exchange how can set this or for ever 'Out of Office:' or wath can i do or our users?

abwesend is German - absent - out of office. When users log into OWA they can set their default language to whatever they want even though the exchange server was installed with a different language. Are the affected users German speaking? Perhaps they set their default language in OWA to German?

but its a different when user set default languages in OWA Exchange 2007 and when administrator set with set-mailbox languages en-US or de-DE in Exchange shell?
