First off, we're using Exchange 2007. I have a user that frequently uses her OOA. However, when she changes it from her Outlook 2003, it always reverts to the last OOA message that was set up. This has only happened since we upgraded to Exchange 2007 a few months ago. The only way I've found to remedy this is by setting up OOA via OWA, which is easy, but still a bit of a hassle. I read on another post that a Blackberry Enterprise Server (which we also have) could be the source of this problem, but the post never went anywhere, so I don't have any information on that. By now, you probably already know my question :) How do I fix this? It's driving me cRaZy! Thanks in advance.

Excellent reference Tompi! That issue drove us nuts all last year until Blackberry finally released its fix!
