How do you access or find the Out of Office assistant in Outlook 2010?

Will only be sent once to each sender, even when they email you multiple times during your absence. To reset, simply turn the OOF off and then back on again  go to file click info and choose automatic replies out of office

    In 2010, assuming u have exchange server and it is an office....
    Click File > Info tab > Automatic replies and select send automatic replies
    There r two replies kinds, one is in Inside my organization tab, u can type a message & in Outside my organization, u can type a message to send outside ur org. Now click OK. Here is a twist, if u set the time to send then this will wait till the times comes, else the automatic replies(out of office) continues to run until u repeat again from initial and select Do not send automatic replies option, if any.

    Away from the office for an extended period of time and would like to let people know who to contact in your absence, you can set up Automatic Replies through Outlook Go to the file tab highlight info automatic replies set the start timer and end time compose your message outside the college click on the outside my organization tab repeat step 4 and 5 then ok
