 Oulook 2007 Problem During Load Error Message

During Load, Outlook 2007 cannot find a file. How can I turn off the error message regarding the missing file?

Try opening Outlook in Safe Mode. If it opens without the error then go disable all add-ins and re-enable them one at a time until you find the offending one. Leave that one disabled.
