 Oulook 2003 “Sending Mail”
Outlook, Outlook 2003, Outlook send/receive
In Outlook 2003, when sending an e-mail--when I click the "To" button to bring up menu contacts,  "Select Names" list has all the names listed alphabetically . Is there any way to have the names listed by Category?

To my knowledge there is no way to have them listed by category, no. This is a "feature" of Outlook, not a "problem". Perhaps a future version will allow this option.
