Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Go to C Drive > Program File > Microsoft Office > Office 2007. After doing this you will see the PST files. Right click on it and go to the Properties and then select the Compatibility tab. Click on it to clear down all the Compatibility Mode Check Box. After doing so, click on Apply and then press OK. Restart the computer and your problem is sorted out.

Run scanost again, which can run on .ost files, which are outlook folders files. Or try creating a new mail profile. For more help, please link here: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Repair-Outlook-Data-Files-pst-and-ost-64842a0a-658a-4324-acc6-ef0a6e3567cd

In addition, you may also try to create a new windows user and then try set up the email account in the new user profile and see whether this issue continues.

I wonder when Microsoft will ever get a stable Outlook. It is becoming an all consuming problem for to many users to count. The we can do is try and point you in the right direction until they fix it. If you try the step mentioned and still have problems, come back with more details and any error messages you may be getting.
